TERMS & CONDITIONS

Kindly refer to our Terms and Conditions below especially for newcomers! 

Please be punctual.

10 mins grace time will be given, 15 mins for first-timers.

Your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after the grace time as it will cause inconvenience to customers coming in after you. If you insist to proceed, we will only be able to extend 70% of your lashes.

$20 deposit is required.

Please make deposit/payment within 2 hours of the appointment, otherwise, the slot will be given to the next customer on the waiting list. 

First come first serve basis thus no reminder will be given. 

Deposit is non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our end.

Reschedulement.

Should there be a need to reschedule, please inform us with at least 1 week lead time, depending on our availability, 

​

Refund/Cancellations.

No refund/compensation will be entertained once payment has been made.

No refund for deposits.

Cancellations of more than 3 times will result in a lower chance to secure a slot in the future.

The deposit will be forfeited we are notified of rescheduling with less than 1 week lead time. 

No refund of purchased products.

No show = Deposit forfeited. 

​

Advanced Booking

We will need at least 1 to 2 weeks of lead time for all bookings.

​

Touch Up

Touch up is only applicable if your lashes are done within 3 weeks, and have 70% of them intact. 

​

Strictly no companion. 

​

Payment

Payment by PayNow, Paylah, or Cash only. 

If you are paying by cash, please bring the exact amount.

​

If there is an issue after you left the salon, we will look into the matter and handle it accordingly.

We will not be responsible for anything that is advised before the procedure.

​

If you are disappointed in the outcome, please do allow us to fix it before you leave.
